Email Addresses Directory

At this point you may not feel that privacy is an issue. The Internet-age has certainly opened up public records like never before. Your home address and telephone number are hardly sacred. Any fool with online access can find out almost anything. Your current residence, phone number, age, ect. Much of this can be discovered via an email addresses directory. You just may be amazed at the software that can assist anyone with this. If you show me your email address, I can find out a lot about your life.

I wasn't aware that so much was available to the public. Of course this was about five years ago. It shocks me how I can casually punch my own name into a people finder search engine and come up with instant results. It revealed my full name, past two addresses and current phone number. YIKES! That may be more bad than it is good. Who said I want everyone to have access to all this information? Well, sadly it's not up to me at this point.

Not long ago I was hanging with a buddy of mine in a local coffee shop. He was taking care of a few things on his laptop while we visited. I was taken-back by the software he had on his PC. He pretty much had his own email addresses directory that could trace junk mail accounts, or anyone for that matter. In seconds he could find out who sent him the email and from where. This is awesome. Every computer should come standard with this software. I want to know who sends me all the junk mail I accumulate. This way I can call them and ask them to stop.

You can check out the email addresses directory on the web if you're trying to track someone down. If you already have their name or email address, just punch it into the directory and see what all pops up. From what I can tell, many of these offer a service charge. They generally let you search for individuals or email addresses, but then they ask you to pay before they fill you in on the most current information. On the other hand, there are a few free trial services out there. I say take full advantage of these and avoid paying for any long-term memberships.
